Can I personalise it with a full name?
Yes, up to 20 letters. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll happily advise.

How long will my tote take to arrive?
Most orders are ready to dispatch within 5-7 days, then delivery time depends on your chosen service. At the moment, postage is UK only.

Will it fit a laptop?
The tote measures 49cm wide by 37cm high, so it comfortably fits [largest laptop size: up to 17 inch].

Can I choose the colour or font of the personalisation?
Yes, please see options. If you want something Custom, tell us in the notes section. 

Can I return a personalised tote?
Because each bag is made especially for you, we can only accept returns if it arrives faulty or not as described.
